Return Process:
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email hello@ya-manusa.com with your order number. Approved returns will be provided with a prepaid return label for eligible items.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping. Please ensure the shipping address is accurate, as changes cannot be made once your order is submitted.
SHIPPING RATES & OPTIONS
Orders are processed within up to 72 business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM PST). Processing times may extend during peak holiday seasons or promotional periods.
Standard Service
Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Orders destined to Hawaii and Alaska will be delivered within 7-10 business days by USPS(Priority). All orders will be charged a flat rate of $7.95.
FedEx Ground
Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders destined to Hawaii and Alaska will be delivered within 7-10 business days. All orders will be charged a flat rate of $11.95.
FedEx 2 Day Shipping
Most orders are delivered within 2 business days. Orders destined to Hawaii and Alaska will be delivered within 3-4 business days. All orders will be charged a flat rate of $24.95.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may experience delays in delivery times. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Return & Exchanges
Standard Returns Policy
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted for unopened and unused items within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the shipping fees.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our criteria.
Exchanges: Defective items may be exchanged, subject to availability.
