Why should I use the Medi Lift Essential Eye Mask if I already use eye cream or LED devices?
The Medi Lift Essential Eye Mask is an FDA-cleared wearable eye toning device that combines EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation), Microcurrent Technology, and a dedicated Heater Mode to help visibly tone, contour, and awaken the appearance of the eye area in just 10 minutes a day.
What muscles does the Eye Mask target?
The device is designed to stimulate facial muscles around the eye area, including regions associated with the Orbicularis Oculi (eye contour muscle) and Temporalis (temple muscle).
Can I use Heater Mode and EMS at the same time?
No. Heater Mode operates separately and cannot be used simultaneously with EMS or Microcurrent treatment.
How long does each treatment take?
Each treatment lasts 10 minutes and the device automatically shuts off when the treatment is complete.
How often should I use the Eye Mask?
For best results, use the device once daily for 10 minutes.
Why does my skin need to be damp?
EMS and Microcurrent require moisture to properly conduct electrical stimulation. Always use the device on clean, damp skin.
Can I use a serum instead of water?
Yes. A water-based serum or conductive gel may be used to help support conductivity. For best results, we recommend the Medi Lift Moisture Serum, our specially formulated conductive serum designed to optimize device performance.
I don't feel any stimulation. Is the device working?
First ensure your skin is sufficiently damp. If needed, increase the intensity level gradually until you find a comfortable level. Sensitivity varies from person to person.
Why do I feel more stimulation on one side of my face?
This is normal. Facial anatomy, muscle tension, skin hydration, and sensitivity can differ between the left and right sides of the face. You may adjust each controller individually to achieve a balanced sensation.
What should the treatment feel like?
You may experience a gentle tingling, tapping, or muscle stimulation sensation depending on your selected intensity level.

This eye mask TRULY helped me with my eye bags. I'm born with larger fat pads on my eyes compared to most people, and while they could look cute sometimes, they can make me look even more tired, if I'm really tired. Then I worry as I get older if they'd start to droop. I've tried eye exercises, and it can get tedious because i have to stand in front of a mirror for 10 minutes and do these exercises to make sure I'm doing it right. So thank God this eye mask came out, because it's been a GAME CHANGER!! In my photo you'll see from when I started July 14th and a photo from Aug 3rd. The results really impressed me -- my upper cheekbones are lifted, my eyes look more awake, and my eye bags are less puffy, and I just look more youthful. The mask also gives me more of a "fox eye" look. I LOVE that it's wireless -- I can walk around the house, work on my laptop, take my dog out for a walk at night and just multi-task while I'm wearing the mask. It's also waterproof and I don't need to worry about it getting broken. I give this 10 OUT OF 10! I LOVE YA-MAN, there's no other brand like them. I'm a huge fan of their Medi Lift skincare. It's worked wonders on my skin -- specifically the Needle Lift Lotion Toner and the Needle Lift Signature Cream. You can see a huge difference on my skin from July 14 compared to Aug 3rd. Okay wait... this whole time I thought skincare or botox under/ around the eye area was the ONLY solution to fix my puffy eye bags, dark circles, and loss of elasticity. But jokes on me, I was simply missing Japan's genius innovation... this 10-minute Medi Lift Eye Mask. <3 I've owned and used the Essential Mask for 2 years now and didn't think my beauty ritual would get any better. Truthfully, aside from the visible results for my under-eye area, the heat mode has to be one of my favorite features/ technologies. I spend a lot of time doom scrolling so a few extra minutes of the eye mask on heat mode helps relax my eyes and get rid of that screen fatigue. Cannot rave about this eye device enough. 10/10 recommend!!!
